GMOs

The link below is an article giving a glimpse inside the controversy behind the USDA requiring labeling of Genetically Modified Foods. Please take a couple minutes to read and digest the implications of GMOs in our food and culture.

"According to the USDA (5), fully 80 percent of all corn and 90 percent of soy varieties planted in the U.S. are genetically engineered"

"By law, certified organic foods are produced without the use of GMOs." 
This in the only way to know your food is safe.
